What size rigid strapping tape should I use?
Victor Sports Rigid Strapping Tape comes in 3 common widths:

13mm & 25mm – Best for fingers and thumbs, used by both male and female athletes.

EABs & Hand Tearable Tapes
What is the difference between Hand Tearable Tape and Elastic Adhesive Bandage (EAB)?
Different states and sports sometimes use different terms, but here’s the breakdown:

Hand Tearable Tape: A lightweight, stretchy strapping tape that can be easily torn by hand. It provides flexible support, making it ideal for compression wrapping and light joint support. Shop Hand Tearable.

Elastic Adhesive Bandage (EAB): A firmer, less stretchy adhesive bandage that must be cut with scissors. It offers stronger, longer-lasting support and is commonly used with rigid tape for knees, shoulders, and contact sports. Shop EAB.
What should I do if I am allergic to sports tape?
Most tape allergies or skin irritation come from the zinc oxide adhesive. If you have sensitive skin, Victor Sports offers Hypoallergenic Rigid Strapping Tape (38mm).
Underwrap
You may also use our Underwrap. This protective underwrap is applied directly to the skin before taping, acting as a barrier to prevent irritation while still allowing tape to stick securely.
