We require any logos or artwork to be supplied in a Vector Format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) for printing.

This will ensure the logos can be scaled without loss of quality, resulting in a high quality print on your customised product.

All customised equipment is produced specifically to your approved specifications following detailed consultation and final order confirmation. As these items are made to order, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced, except in cases where the product is faulty or does not match the confirmed order details.

Once we receive your Custom Products form our team will review the details and create a quote, while our design team mock-up artwork for your custom product. You will be contacted by one of our team members with a quote and artwork for your review and approval.

Our design team is committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your custom product and will provide revisions until you are happy to give final approval on the design.
